ALWAYS STORE HENNA CONES IN FREEZER NOT FRIDGE
Take out from freezer, leave them in room temperature for one hour to defrost on its own.
Fast defrost* Put them in warm water (NOT Hot) for 5 minutes
Left over henna cones can be stored in freezer for upto 6 months
Henna cones can be defrosted up to 3 times
Henna aftercare
Apply lemon and sugar mixture on semi dry henna.
Repeat every 15 20 minutes
Leave henna design on minimum for 4 hours or
Over night is recommended
Anything Breathable can be wrapped around on henna designs, eg. tissue paper or thin sock. NO BAGS OR CLING FILM

All orders must be placed Sunday before 7pm for Monday dispatch. All orders are posted from Monday to Wednesday. The order received on Wednesday will be posted on the following Monday.

Evri next day delivery is used to post henna cones. But I have noticed some delays of 1 to 3 days.

Every effort is made to dispatch all henna orders promptly. However, once your parcel is handed over to the courier/postal service, delivery times are beyond our control. Due to occasional postal delays.

Returns & Cancellations
Due to hygiene Reasons Fresh henna cones cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not offer refunds or free resend due to postal delays.
